Pasar Payang Market of Plenty



Pasar Payang is a must to visit for tourist to Kuala Terengganu. You can get good textile songket, batik with exellent dye and plenty to take home for your friends and family as snacks. While waiting for someone I made a visit to Pasar Payang. Somebody asked me what is Payang. Actually Payang is a kind of boat used for fishing by fishermen in past. It is amongst the biggest fishing boat eventhough it is smaller than ocean goer Perahu besar. Anyway I got pictures of snack arranged layer and layer of them in Pasar Payang. Interesting balancing act.

My neighbor cut a big jack fruit tree which had gotten old.They afraid that the tree might tumble down on children .I said to just don't burn the cut down tree, give it to me for my creative project. So this is the picture of my weekend project, garden set for me to sit in the morning and accessing internet with a cup of coffee.
